Made-to-order fulfillment

NOCO HWO merchandise is produced after an order is placed. Production generally takes 2–7 business days, followed by the carrier's delivery time. The secure NOCO HWO Shopify store shows current availability, the final shipping charge, and the delivery estimate before payment.

U.S. standard shipping

Current single-item U.S. standard shipping is no more than $18.48. Standard delivery is generally 5–10 business days after production. Charges and timing can change for multi-item orders, remote destinations, or expedited service; the amount shown at checkout controls.

Returns and exchanges

Because each item is made to order, returns and exchanges are not accepted for selecting the wrong size, changing your mind, or ordering the wrong color. Please review the size and product details before buying.

Damaged, misprinted, or incorrect orders

If an item arrives damaged, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, contact NOCO HWO within 30 days of delivery. Include the order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so the fulfillment partner can review the issue for a replacement or refund.

Order changes

Contact us as soon as possible if an address or order detail is wrong. Once production begins, changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
