If you contact NOCO HWO, create a member account, accept a skate invitation, or register for a private pickup skate, we may collect information you provide such as your name, email address, phone number, preferred position, skate availability, and registration status.

How we use it

We use this information to operate private pickup skates, manage rosters and invitations, send relevant skate communications, respond to questions, maintain the website, and improve the NOCO HWO experience. We do not sell personal information.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand website traffic, including which pages are visited, the general source of a visit, device type, and broad geographic information. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies. We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, phone numbers, or skate roster details to Google Analytics. Service providers

We use service providers to host the site, manage member accounts and skate data, deliver email, analyze website traffic, and process merchandise orders. Those providers handle information under their own terms and privacy practices. Merchandise checkout, payment, production, and shipping may occur on a linked third-party storefront.

You can ask to review, correct, or delete information you submitted to NOCO HWO, subject to records we reasonably need to operate the skates or comply with applicable requirements. Browser controls may also let you limit or delete analytics cookies.
